Stages:

2. Signing contract.
3. Paying the first installment.

6. Signing the act of acceptance and transfer of the luxury suite.
7. Signing service agreement.
8. Legalization of the property rights.
Payment:
1. 30% – minimal first installment. After this, each month you will pay the sum, defined by the contract, and the price for the unpayed yet space remains fixed and doesn’t change.
2. 100% payment. Choosing it you get discounts, of which you will be informed from our sales manager during signing the contract.
